One initial workshop has been organised by each partner organisation, where representatives of PES, Social Welfare Offices, NGOs and employers will participate. The goal of this meeting was to get a common ground of the future cooperation, namely: 1) one responsible organisation, 2) how the cooperation will be implemented in practice, 3) responsibility of each stakeholder, 4) SWOT analysis of implementation of the developed methodology, 5) possibilities, possible obstacles in services as well as recommendations for the low-skilled immigrants with this new methodology. Each partner representative was responsible to include the valuable input from this meeting into the country report. The meetings have been documented by the partners in meeting minutes templates, developed by the coordinator together with WP leader. This common template will allow comparing information which will be included into EU Integration Agent methodology.
