WP03 - Tailoring of the 3 elements of the methodology. Development of the training material for stakeholders in the developed methodology

The aim of WP3 is to design 3 elements of the EU Integration Agent methodology and development of training materials for regional stakeholder networks through:

1.Tailoring of the Integration Ladder, consisting of the maximum number of steps the low-skilled immigrant should take in order to enter adult education with focus on the labour market needs. Formulate each step, its goals and identify the responsible stakeholder based on country reports (Deliverable 4). The integration ladder focuses on the guidance process itself and the impact of planned actions. Thus it creates improvement opportunities at the level of the individual worker.

2. Tailoring of second and third elements of the methodology, namely Cooperation among Stakeholders Method and Progress Management Method.

3.Consultation with the regional stakeholder network by each partner regarding correspondence of the elaborated elements to the needs of the target group and measures/methods used by stakeholders.

4.Finalisation of the pilot methodology based on the feedback from stakeholders. Elaboration of support documents (explanatory and template documents) for implementation of the elaborated methodology.

5.Development of the simple report system which will be used for reporting by the responsible stakeholders to the coordinator of the integration process.

6.Translation of the materials, support documentation and reporting templates to the languages of the partner countries.

7.Preparation to test through adjustment of methodology to local / regional conditions by each partner organisation together with regional stakeholder networks. The concrete plan should be elaborated in regards to: a) the provision necessary (time and resources) for each step of the Integration Ladder, b) responsible stakeholder for each step, c) methods which will be used, d) practical details on stakeholder meetings to report the progress by responsible stakeholders and to make possible adjustments in Individual Action Plan.

8.Development of the training material for the stakeholders in the new methodology based on Progress Management Approach.
