Through this activity, P1, with cooperation of the rest of partners, will start the design of the multimedia pedagogical tool.

The idea will be to create an electronic toolkit who will serve as an immediate test bed to help at the updating and validation of the final products, curricula training toolkit and materials with an emphasis on national level differences and approaches. On the other hand, the training concept will bring the trainee and her/his training needs in the center of the methodology. But also an important factor for the definition of the theoretical training framework is that skills, knowledge and competence acquired through training should be harmonized with the possibilities of using the very same competences and skills in the real labour market. 

Thus, the training platform  will be based on collaborative learning methodologies, including all learning tools that encourage collaboration between individuals to meet, share, and disseminate the information that each one has on a subject, share data via real or virtual discussion spaces etc.
