Development of the set of materials and training multimedia toolkit  which hosts the OER for the “Innovation manager in Tourism Destinations”. In this product, we include the design and development of the methodology and tools (both conceptual and physical building) designed for INMATOUR curricula previously defined. This toolkit will be ready for its use at the European level, as it will be available in all partner languages (EN, ES, GR, SV), in order to broaden access to trainers, learner, stakeholders and potential beneficiaries in different countries.

The fact that each work area of the profile required different pedagogical tools (analytical, inductive methods, practical workshops, groups of discussion, etc.) makes the choice of methodology an important aspect in the design of training materials - both in the case of content for students, as in the own tools and guidelines for the teaching of the course that are transferred to each country). Therefore, the trainer materials will be based on a series of pedagogical guidelines for the delivery of training courses with users, who will have to adapt to the specific needs of each group.

Similarly, a methodological guide which explains the functioning of the multimedia educational tool, will be one result as intellectual product included under this product. The tool will have a role key to implement a methodology of "collaborative learning" that facilitates the creation of spaces provide spaces in which the development of individual and group skills from the discussion among students are given time to explore new concepts.

Within the development of this product, there is also included a testing procedure with VET experts during the first phase (during the implementation of the training course C1) and with professional of tourism sector in Event multiplier 2 (in all participating countries). This procedure will ease the validation of the final training toolkit -Testing activities are explained under O3-A5. Thanks to this testing interactive process, we will improve and adapt the initial educational material (curriculum, training material and tools of the trainer) to the needs of the market and the economic, social and professional context in each country will be achieved.

The final training toolkit will comprise a “total training solution” including the following functionalities: a) Multimedia training tool (allowing free access to open educational resources and training modules developed under O2) b) INMATOUR European Community for stakeholders.
