Due to the type of activities (mostly R&D activities) and the nature of the final product (curricula and training materials), a solid coordination process must be implemented during the whole period of project design and implementation. This is important here because partners are required to develop a set of training contents under the same methodology and avoiding great blocks of theoretical content. P3 (MMC), as being the responsible partner for preparing the curricular itinerary from the developed profile, will be in charge of the overall coordination of activities here.
 
They will manage and coordinate all the product ‘activities, fulfilment of tasks of the rest of partners, and will also lead and establish guidelines, templates and tools to carry out the overall activities driving to the final product.
