Development of the curriculum and training materials in accordance to knowledge, skills and attitudes emerging from INMATOUR profile and adapted to ERF.

The curriculum and training contents to be develop will address the 5 areas of knowledge and skills identified in the profile:

1. Creativity and fostering talent in Tourism Destinations (to create innovation and put added value in tourism activity)
2. Strategy integration to make tourism activities more sustainable
3. Use of tools and mechanisms based on ICT to design, produce and promote tourist products. 
4.  Social participation and Good Governance in tourist destinations
5. Contribution of the companies and business sector to a global concept of Territorial Social Responsibility) 

This product is formed, besides by the own curricular route, through a series of tools, manuals and content designed to adjust to different profiles of users and entities that each trainer will adapt to the specific needs of students, the duration or the training objectives that will be taught. Much of the learning methodology is based on the development of practical workshops of innovation, which replaces the more usual approach of master class. On the other hand, curricular content development will take into account the allocation of hours of individual student work.

Design and elaboration of this curriculum should take into account that the educational material need to be as flexible and open as possible, as they are intended to be used by for different types of end users: tourism sector practitioners; staff active in education and training experts, specialists, professionals; but also for beginners and students, trainees, apprentices, school pupils, adult learners, and young people in general-

Besides best practices at each competence will be part of the key training tools to embed within the set of educational materials to be developed under this products.
