Through the process above describe (analysis and deepening of the priorities towards which focuses the project, detection of the specific requirements of training in knowledge and skills for the tourism innovation etc., through the preparatory report and the debate among members, P1 will design an initial document of profile of skills, knowledge and skills based on the results of such activities, as well as in the definition of requirements that were defined in the project proposal:

1. Creativity and fostering talent in Tourism Destinations (to create innovation and put added value in tourism activity)
2. Strategy integration to make tourism activities more sustainable
3. Use of tools and mechanisms based on ICT to design, produce and promote tourist products. 
4.  Social participation and good governance in tourist destinations
5. Contribution of the companies and business sector to a global concept of Territorial Social Responsibility) 

The elaborated document will be organized into the following sections:

1. Context and analysis of needs- definition.
2. Main functions and competencies of the Manager.
3. Profile of knowledge, skills and attitudes
4. Professional areas of development

The profile of skills and areas of knowledge built will be the basis for the subsequent development of curriculum content and training materials.
The final profile will be finalized for the second project meeting and will be discussed among the partners
