During the initial meeting of the project (on the second working day), P1 will pose partners panoramic initial around the theme of the project, in order to promote a participatory debate on the various proposed points of view, stressing the need for vocational training in each country to adapt to this new context in special way.

P1 will prepare a presentation will describe where the main aspects to assess before the start of the profile content development phase and itinerary, highlighting the following aspects: 

• Current situation of the tourism European market in relation to the evolution of the sector and reorientation towards new trends (Creative Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, Tourist Destinations Smart)
• The inclusion of this activity in a model of sustainable and responsible territorial development
• The training needs in various professional areas (management, planning, provision and promotion of tourism products and services), focusing on the different national VET frameworks and accreditation systems in each participating country.
After this presentation, partners will work in groups (in parallel workshops) aimed to establish a debate on these topics and the most-urgent needs to be covered in national contexts and should be attended in the profile adaptation to partnership countries reality.

In this meeting, P1 will also do a presentation of the first project task (Elaboration of national state of the art reports on VET training aimed at Innovation Development in Tourism, and links between  innovation management&tourism). P1 will be responsible for transferring the templates to elaborate this report.

Finally, the project coordinator will give an overview on its proposal of contents of this new profile. P1 will be responsible for transferring the templates to elaborate this report.
The project promoter will coordinate and ensure that all partners get to know and assimilate the key concepts and the main approach  to project concerns, and also that they agree with the curriculum structure.
