Purpose
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course participants will be able to create basic 2D drawings using the drawing and editing tools; organize drawing objects on layers; add text and basic dimensions; and prepare to plot the drawing. Participants will learn essential skills in addition to more sophisticated techniques for drawing setup and productivity.
Prerequisites
This course is designed for the new AutoCAD user. It is assumed that the attendee will possess general knowledge of design and draughting concepts, together with basic computer literacy
