WP07. Quality Assurance

Work package aims:
This WP aims at ensuring quality of the project through implementation of an on going external and internal evaluation of the following:
1.The work programme in order to monitor achievement of outcomes against agreed time frames and indicators.
2.The quality of deliverables.
3.The evaluation of the performance of the consortium.
Description of activities:
In order to ensure the quality of work programme, deliverables and performance of the consortium the following 2 types of evaluation will be carried out:
INTERNAL EVALUATION will comprise:
1) Monitoring/Evaluation by the consortium
The evaluation will be implemented by the coordinator through a questionnaire on assessment of deliverables by partnership before interim and final reporting. The questionnaire will measure effectiveness and applicability of the planned activities and actions, participation by the target group, information flow effectiveness to the relevant actors, reactions, short term and long term impact and value added to target group.
2) Evaluation by main stakeholders through:
The questionnaire wiil be elaborated for internal evaluation of activities/results by main stakeholders (VET-providers, PES, business associations) before submission of interim and final reports by partners of the consortium to the coordinator. These questionnaires will provide feedbacks and constructive comment of main involved parts regarding the relevance and effectiveness of the project deliverables and overall assessment of the consortium.
3) Development of Quality Assurance Manual on criteria for ensuring quality of project activities/results in each WP, namely:
a) training of members of partner Forums in Swedish AVE model and requirements for work of Management Groups at VET programs;
b) elaboration of a common nominator set of standards for social partnership;
c) elaboration of a joint tool-box for adaptation of VET to future labour market needs for skills;
d) dissemination and exploitation of the project results.
EXTERNAL EVALUATOR will produce the final report on quality of final methodological toolbox for adaptation of VET to future labour market needs for skills.
