WP06. Dissemination and Valorisation

Work package aims:

The aim of this WP is to disseminate the developed CQAF VET Online Model at regional and national levels by each partner. In order to achieve maximum coverage and dissemination of the above methodological tool the partnership intends to use both formal channels, namely national and regional authorities working with VET education, as well as informal channels such as social partnerships, forums.

Description of activities:

Activity 1) Development of the dissemination materials

The following dissemination material will be produced for distribution among decision-makers, VET providers, business associations and other relevant stakeholders dealing with VET and quality assurance:

a) Web-site of the project will contain all the necessary information and documentation regarding the developed online QA model. The web-site will be promoted by interlinkage with other relevant VET web-sites both nationally and European-wise;
b) CD-rom with material from web-site;
c) Leaflets and Posters will be produced to be available at seminars and conferences in order to attract attention to the project.

Activity 2) Participation in relevant regional/national workshops and seminars

Each partner will be responsible to:

a) organise 2 workshops for VET-providers, business associations and relevant decision-makers at regional level,
b) participate in at least 2 VET conferences and seminars at regional and national levels in order to spread information about the project and CQAF VET Online Model .

Moreover, the Coordinator will participate in one annual European QALLL conference in order to spread information about the project and the developed CQAF VET Online Model .

Activity 3) Placement of information in relevant web-sites and periodic.

Each partner will be responsible to:

a) publish at least 2 articles in specialised VET magazines at regional and national levels,
b) place information about the CQAF VET Online Model and project results in relevant national VET websites with interlinkage to the project web-site.

Description of methodological / pedagogical framework:

In order to achieve maximum coverage and dissemination of the above developed CQAF VET Online Model the partnership intends to use both formal and informal channels at regional, national and European levels.

Formal channels are the following: European, national and regional VET-authorities (example of national authorities is YH-myndigheten in Sweden, European authorities is Cedefop (European Centre for Development of Vocational Training), Public Employment Services and Chamber of Commerce in partner countries.

Informal channels are the following: VET associations, VET forums (for example, Association of AVE-providers in Sweden) and business associations. The partnership will organise the dissemination conference in Thessaloniki, Greece, in order to engage relevant experts from CEDEFOP and QALLL.
