WP05. Conference in Thessaloniki

Work package aims:
The aim of the workpackage is to disseminate the elaborated online version of CQAF-VET provider model to the VET providers and national authorities and also EU-agencies. The conference will be organised in cooperation with QALLL and CEDEFOP.
Description of activities:
The activities will include:
- Development of conference plan (attention will be paid how to attract different kinds of stakeholders, financial possibilties for participation and time frame);
- Marketing materials (Through the website and also workshops and conferences targeting VET providers, national VET agencies and EU-agencies);
- Recruitment of participants;
- Implementation of the conference;
- Analysis & evaluation of the conference.
Description of methodological / pedagogical framework:
The crucial approach is the motivation aspects. Our strategy is that the Swedish National Agency for VET (YH-myndigheten) will attracts their counter parts in partner countries. The VET partners will invite the VET providers from their own countries. Through the project web-site the partnership will promote the conference by mailing list and connection of the web-site to web-sites of other VET providers.
The campaign for the conference will start rather early in order to highlight the quality issues in VET and also disseminate information about the conference.
