WP04. Development of the online model

Work package aims:
The aim of the work package will be to include all the changes from the prior workpackage “Test of the prior elaborated CQAF-VET provider model” so the partnership will agree upon a common model for quality assurance for VET provider at EU level. Based on the final agreement of the axes, themes, indicators and levels develop a user friendly online self assessment Quality Assessment model for VET provider at EU level.
The main aspect will be the applicability of the model for different VET providers in different EU countries.
Description of activities:
The activities of the workpackage will include the two main areas:
1. fine-tuning of the elaborated CQAF-VET provider model” based on test results:
- Elaboration of the axeses / themes of the improved model,
- Elaboration of the improved indicators,
- Elaboration and calibration of the levels.
2. Development of the online fine-tuned CQAF-VET provider model in English:
-elaboration of draft Beta-version,
-inclusion of the indicators and levels,
-inclusion of best practises for each indicator and level.
3. translation of the final version of the online fine-tuned CQAF-VET provider model into the languages of partner countries.
Description of methodological / pedagogical framework:
The approach of the improved model will be focused on the applicability of it in partner countries, different sectors of VET and different providers.
The underlying approach for the present workpackage online versioin will be usage of the present software available on the market. The most important aspect will be the user friendliness of the online version. This approach will be cost-effective and time-saving.
