Project
WP06 - Exploitation of the project results

Type: LLP-ERASMUS
Parent: European Integration Agent - IGMA

Period:
28 Jan 2012

The objective of this WP is to identify methods through which the value of results will be optimized and their impact will be maximized.

In order to integrate good practices and to ensure sustainability of project results the project exploitation is aimed at main stakeholders on whom the results could have impact, namely adult education providers, relevant NGOs, public sector (public employment centres PES and social welfare offices), regional authorities responsible for integration policy (for example, County Councils in Sweden). The involvement of the above stakeholders in different stages of development of the methodology will ensure the recognition of the developed methodology by necessary decision –makers. The practice of the partnership shows that this is the only way for incorporation of results at system level.

To achieve this goal the partnership will keep to the following plan (at local, regional and national level by all the partners of the project):

1. To organise 2 kinds of meetings with the main stakeholders:
a) initial face-to-face meetings to raise awareness about EU Integration Agent methodology and further, to tap into already existing networks and resources
b) final common workshop to inform stakeholders about the results of the developed methodology and to ensure efficient exploitation of it after determination of the project.

The main role of public sector is to inform other stakeholders about possibility of cooperation for more efficient integration of low-skilled immigrants. The public sector is also responsible for motivation of the low-skilled immigrants to register at PES centres and to participate in the individual-based integration activities. The main role of education sector is training of low-skilled immigrants depending on their needs/ capabilities but also with focus on further employment. Training of the regional stakeholder networks is another responsibility of the educational sector.

2. To integrate the developed methodology in the daily services provided by stakeholders in their work with low-skilled immigrants.

3. To provide stakeholders with dissemination material.

4. To place information about EU Integration Agent methodology and the project on web-sites of main stakeholders with interlinkage to the web-site of the project.
