Description of workpackage
The objective of this workpackage is the dissemination & exploitation of the project findings.
The proposed dissemination strategy lies on four basic public relations principles:
1. Be visible
2. Be informed
3. Be consistent
4. Be constructive
It is important to note that the there are several audiences to whom the results should be disseminated:
1. Disadvantaged Groups
2. Policy makers dealing with competency frameworks, accreditation & certification systems
3. Training Institutions and Trainers
Based on the above, the dissemination strategy involves continuous and consistent promotion of the objectives, actions and findings of the project. The dissemination strategy has two main objectives:
1.General promotion of the project and its findings and results through web development, posters, newsletters
2. Providing each target audience with information that is valuable to them.
Exploitation is achieved using the multiplication and the mainstreaming effects.
Mainstreaming effect is achieved a follows:
1. Presentation of the adopted/developed curricula to associations, government authorities that have access to the target groups such as the Authority for Asylum Seekers and the National Employment Agencies.

Actions related to the multiplication effect are the following:
1. Commercialization of the e-learning product: users will be able to use the solution for free during the lifetime of the project and for a specific period after the end of the project.
2. Multiplication will be achieved through the ease of access to many end users.

Description of activities:
The workpackage includes the following activities:
1. Composition of a Dissemination Strategy Guide-The dissemination Strategy Guide will include information on the following:
o . Objectives of the dissemination
o . Key Messages
o . Key audiences and targeted messages to targeted audience
o . Selection of Media
o . Dissemination Tools to be used
o . Event planning and Management
o . Management and monitoring of the dissemination strategy
o . Evaluation of the dissemination strategy
The dissemination plan will have the form of a report that will be distributed to all the partners in a pdf format.

2. Web Side Development
3. Design & printing of 80 posters
4. Preparation and dissemination of 4 Newsletters
5. Preparation and dissemination of 4 Press Releases
6. Design, print and disseminate brochures for EQLEARN
7. Design, print and disseminate a Trainer's Guide including the pool of the methodological tools
8. Design and implementation of final project conference
