05. Trainers Workshop –Evaluation of the model

Description of workpackage
The objective of this workshop is to collect the experience and results from all countries related to the delivery of the training modules. The main interest areas are:
1. Did the curricula manage to develop the competences set in the European Reference Framework?
2. Did the methodological tools used achieve the objectives for each competence?
3. Did the methodological tools work well for different disadvantaged groups?
At the completion of the workshop the curricula must be improved and the methodological tools to be used for each of the training modules (each of the competences) and for different disadvantaged groups must be finalized so that they can be uploaded to an e-learning platform.
The main input for this workshop is an evaluation report from each of the countries that will prepared and transmitted to the partners prior to the trainers' workshop. The main outputs of this workpackage are the improved and final versions of the curricula, training materials as well as the pool of classified per group and individual characteristics methodological tools.
Description of activities:
Activities include the following:
1. Preparation of an evaluation report for the trainings implemented (one per country)
2. Trainers' workshop
3. Improvements and final versions of the training curricula (based on the European Reference Framework) finalization of the pool of methodological tools.
This interactive workshop will actually be in the form of a facilitated meeting where experience/knowledge and ideas from the experts are shared. It can also be considered a working group meeting since expected outcomes should be provided, the quality of which will determine the success of the delivery through e-learning
