This Result will include the development of a methodology for personal and professional development of the youth workers adjusted to the project objectives and post-pandemic reality of youth. The methodology will enhance the development of competences and practical skills in various areas identified in the research conducted within Result 1 and based on non-formal learning
For the first time educational material in youth field will integrate - non-formal learning, - positive psychology/education and - Eco-centric development. Its purpose is to be the basis for targeted training activities which support personal and professional development of youth workers in order to improve the quality in youth work. The methodology will be based on innovative methods of non-formal learning and interactive teaching and will cover the areas identified by the research among youth workers and teachers conducted at the stage of RES1.
The aim of this Intellectual Result is to combine the experience and expertise of the organizations and people involved and to design a product that currently does not exist in the youth field in any of the participating countries (and probably beyond). The outcome will be strictly innovative and therefore it will inevitably support the development and improvement of the quality of youth work, highlighting and covering new dimensions in the quality of youth work.
