The aim of the i-Career is actively to influence on enhancement of the employment competences of the individuals. For this purpose, the tool will be developed in order to measure and evaluate the competences possessed by students in terms of the competences required by employers. The best time to investigate the competence gaps will be time of vocational practices and apprenticeships. In-depth interviews with employers and school staff and collecting research materials will allow to identify competence gaps and elaborate the tool adjusted to labour market demands.
