This output will be one of the main tools for the exploitation and sustainability of the CoViR approach. It will describe the methodology, the materials, the tools, and on its final version will include evaluation results and feedback from trainers and trainees. It will also give extra guidelines and best practices from the pilot in 4 countries.
The report will include:
1. A detailed topic list and a detailed teaching plan using the VR platform for Communication Skills
2. The different VR training techniques and tools to be used .
Different training techniques will include:
- teaching techniques using the CoViR tools and features
- role playing
- in virtual class activities
- games and gamification
3. For each of those techniques all training materials for the "Communication Skills Course" will be included. Therefore the teacher's guide will include:
- rationale and example of different techniques
- ideas for group discussion and role playing in the VR environment - differences from class training - example role play scenario for "Communication Skills"
-example of virtual inclass activities
- ideas for games
- how to evaluate trainees' achievements and trainers' efficiency
- how to use CoViR e-learning platform for getting more information on VR and the use of CoViR VR platform
4. The teacher's guide will also include:
- additional information, examples etc to be used by the trainer
- explain how the trainer can facilitate group discussions and in virtual class activities
