his educational output will provide low professionalised HR managers with essential applied knowledge, competence and skills related to the functions of HRM in the agri-food sector. The expected learning outcomes will result in an opportunity to shift the business culture towards a more creative and innovative use of strategies for better attracting, developing and retaining agri-food sector talent, and therefore to reduce skill mismatches. Managers will go from learners to multipliers of innovative HR practices in the working place.
