The book contents will be prepared by P1 in Spanish and then translated to English. This textbook will compile the main project outcomes, results and approaches, focusing on management of innovation in tourism and destinations and promoting the new set of knowledge and developed training in this area. The contents structure will include the following topics:

1. Tourism, development and management of innovation in the EU: a general overview
2. the meaning and importance of the Profile Manager of innovation in the tourism sector and within the framework of the LLL
3. an assessment of the efficiency and adequacy of competencies and knowledge of the curriculum with the current needs of the sector: sample of practical examples from experiences encountered in the project.

The book will be adressed mainly at the core target groups in the project: relative productive and economic policy makers, the business world, the professionals for HR, employment centers (public and non public), local, regional and national authorities and also VET organizations and Associations and trainers and trainers Associations.

The edition in EN will be ready before the Final Conference (Multiplier Event 4). This book will put the finishing touch to the project, helping to promote not only the developed set of knowledge and skills through the profile, but its acquisition by employers, professionals and public sector, and adaptation to different economic and social contexts (understood and applied in a practical sense).
