Work package aims
Project Management activities will ensure efficient management at both administrative and technical levels. In particular this includes the following aims:
- Ensure the Integration of all activities;
- Establish Internal Monitoring and Evaluation mechanisms;
- Define detailed action plans during the overall project;
- Handle all administrative and financial procedures including, the Consortium Agreement, technical and financial reporting etc
Description of activities
Task 6.1 Project Financial and Administrative Control
This task involves all partners and its main purpose is to assure the financial execution of the project according to plan. In every 6 months partners will gather (see travel budget) to analyze the project financial spend and define contingency plans if needed, namely ask for budget amendments. This task is also responsible for the development of the interim (M12) and final report (M24).
Task 6.2 Project Technical Evaluation and Control
This task involves all partners and its main purpose is to assure the quality of the work, and coordinate the scientific and technical elements, monitoring partners participation and fulfilment of the tasks, as assigned in the planning and according to the requirements. In every 6 months partners will gather (see travel budget) to analyse the project outcomes and define contingency plans if needed. In the project meetings it also be defined the work for the next 6 months to come. Besides the project meetings each task leader will have to make a regular evaluation on the execution of their tasks, that will be done mainly by email, skype or telephone.
Description of methodological / pedagogical framework (where relevant)
In every 6 months partners will gather to analyse the project outcomes and define contingency plans if needed.
The Task leaders will have the role to plan their WP and communicate it to all the partners involved in the relevant tasks. Continuous monitoring on the progress of work packages and tasks based on the established performance indicators and results will be done.
