Work package aims
The dissemination of this Project will occur right from the beginning of the project in the countries of the partners involved with the following aims:
- Raise the awareness among potential users at regional, national and European level f
- Disseminate the project in educational systems and academic community to raise the awareness for new ways of learning
- Disseminate and exchange best practices on new approaches of learning.
- Define the exploitation agreement after the project ends
Description of activities
Task 5.1 Exploitation and Dissemination Plan
This task objective is to design the accurate exploitation plan in a way that any partner could exploit the project results in the market or eventually make technology transfer agreements to other companies that might be interested in the project outcomes.
Task 5.2 Dissemination in workshops, conferences, trade fairs, press releases, technical articles, etc.
We expect to start the dissemination activities in the 1st month of the project by putting information about the project on each partner website. After that, and during the first 4 months we will create the project website that will be available even after the project finishes. Other important dissemination material will be the “Information Brochure” that each partner might use it to divulgate and publish the project in conferences or events, or even in the day-to-day contacts that they might have.
Furthermore, the main dissemination activities for this task are:
- Mailing and/or emailing to associated companies
- News about the project in partners websites
- Facebook page
- Website page of the project
- Demo versions available for iPhone and Android
- 5 information sessions (one in each country) – to envolve the users in the tests of the application
- Flyers about the project
- Press releases
Task 5.3 - Final Workshop - International demonstration venture
The final workshop will be the major event regarding the project dissemination.
This event will be in Portugal and we it is expected to involve all the stakeholders and target public of this project. The main objective is to make the disclosure of the mobile application that will be ready for download after this date.
Description of methodological / pedagogical framework (where relevant)
About the methodological framework, this activity will be a permanent one during the project duration. We will start by putting information about the project on each partner website (1st month) and by the end of month 4 we will have the project website finished. During the other months of the project we will make the Information Brochure and continue to work on the general dissemination activities (press, articles, etc...).
The dissemination of the project will finnish with the public presentation of the “mobileManager” in month 24, combining with the Final workshop of the project that will be in Portugal.
