WP04 - Validation and Edition of the Learning Materials

Work package aims
On this work package the partnership will determinate which will be the evaluation strategy and how it will take place during the project. The objective of this WP is:
- Pedagogical definition of the M-learning course;
- Realization of the functional tests to validate the methodology on an European level;
- Definition of the evaluation methodology of the project outcomes and the training course
Description of activities
ask 4.1 Software Functional Tests
In this task it will be tested all the new functionalities in the infrastructure of support, according to the requirements of the contents installed; integrate all the contents on the SL.
Task 4.2 Training the target groups on the application
In this task it will be evaluated the objectives defined in the analysis phase and test the products developed and installed, according to the use of Kirkpatrick evaluation model to evaluate the results achieved.
Task 4.3 Realization of Peer-to-peer Evaluation
Task 4.4 Realization of Kirkpatrick's Evaluation
It is intended to develop the Kirkpatrick model focusing on the following levels:
• reaction of student - what they thought and felt about the training
• learning - the resulting increase in knowledge or capability
• behavior - extent of behavior and capability improvement and implementation/application
• results - the effects on the business or environment resulting from the trainee's performance
This evaluation is developed in different moments along the project:
• Before training
To evaluate the expectations of the trainees and the usability of the project products.
• During training
To evaluate the learning process and the satisfaction of the trainers and trainees.
• After training
To evaluate the results, the outcomes, and how does the training have an effect on the professional life of the trainees and their organizations and also the peers on the project.
Task 4.5 Improvment of the contents and interface, according to the evaluation results
A training course will be developed based on mobile learning. This course will take place at the same time on the different countries of the partnership and intend to develop knowledge and good practices necessary to implement an Integrated Management System. Before developing the course on a European bases, the strategy and methodologies shall be tested to validate the format and the expected outcomes.
On this training course, the skills, the knowledge and the competences developed on informal and non-formal contexts will be developed based on the EUPA Assessment Tool.
This way, all the learning process will to be resumed to the training curriculum. All the other competences and knowledge developed during the training process will be considered and validated and certified based on the EUPA methodology.
Description of methodological / pedagogical framework (where relevant)
In this work package we will use the model of Kirkpatrick's evaluation to assess the results achieved assessing the different levels in different moments on all the countries that constitute the partnership. The instruments will be developed online to ease the filling and ease the collecting of the data.
To test the training course the partnership will meet to establish the methodology and strategy and also will invite a panel of experts that can validate the curriculum established.
