Work package aims
The WP1: Presentation of the Projects to be Transfer is a work package structured in two main tasks, involving all partner entities, which will set the bases for the major principles that will govern the consortium as so as getting to know in detail the tasks to be done, the communication scheme and the commitment of all the partners to the scope of the project.
With the execution of this WP, the partners from which projects will be transfered will provide training to the other partners in the methodologies developed and after that the partnership will define the best strategy to aggregate all the products into this new project.
Description of activities
Task 1.1 Present the project(s) to be transfer
In this task it will be present the projects to be transfer to all the partnership; to train the partnership on the methodologies developed by the previous projects.
Task 1.2 Define strategies for the project development
In this task it will be realized an initial meeting/workshop with the entire Project partners for the development of the project strategies. In this task it will be define the strategies for the project development and recognizing the WP leaders and so as their role in the project.
Finally, it will be established the Quality Management Plan. This doc. will be updated during the project execution, in every project meeting.
Description of methodological / pedagogical framework (where relevant)
The methodological approach will be based on Meeting with all the partners, where each one will have time to present their organizations and their ambitions in the project. This will be an important step in order to the participants establish a common basis for participation. The session will be a very open and consisted of a set of interaction activities, mutual understanding and shared views on teamwork, cooperation, mutual learning, etc. between the various members of the Project Partnership.
