Successful Conclusion of the HoReCa4VET Project!

The HoReCa4VET partners are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the HoReCa4VET project, which culminated in a final conference held on May 9th, 2023 in Radom, Poland.

The conference brought together experts from across Europe to discuss the future of the HoReCa industry and share the main results of the project.

Improving Vocational Education and Training in the HoReCa Sector
HoReCa4VET, which began in October 2020, aims to improve the quality and relevance of vocational education and training in the HoReCa sector.

Over the course of the project, organisations from 5 countries worked together to develop innovative training materials, e-learning resources, and other tools to support the professional development of HoReCa workers.

Thus, the project has made a significant contribution to the HoReCa sector by improving the quality of vocational education and training and providing workers with the skills they need to succeed in their careers.

Sharing Results and Best Practices
The final conference, held at the Hotel Aviator in Radom, featured presentations on a range of topics, including HoReCa qualifications, customer service, new technologies, and creative advertising strategies.

The conference also included workshops on food decoration and molecular gastronomy, as well as an international panel discussion on HoReCa challenges and threats.

Continuing Access to Resources
While the project is ending in June 2023, all of the results will still be available on the official website at https://horeca.projectsgallery.eu

The website includes a range of resources, including e-learning modules, training materials, and case studies, that can be used by HoReCa workers and educators to support their professional development.

HoReCa4VET partners are committed to ensuring that the results of the project continue to benefit the HoReCa sector long after the project has ended, encouraging everyone in the industry to visit the website and take advantage of the resources available.
