Skills Swap e-Tracker is finally taking shape!  The e-Tracker is highly innovative, mobile and digital individual learning record (ILR) for those participating in hospitality sector skills swaps as employees, or as apprentice.The core function of the eTracker is to ensure that the learning from the experience is not lost or dissipated, but is captured and 'tracked' in real time, before, during the completion of the skills swap and at its close.

During our meeting on the 16th of November 2022, Sextaplanta , the leader of IO4,  presented again the e-Tracker and the feedback received from all partners which was discussed.

The e-tracker will be ready in January 2023.Stay tuned for   eTracker and the  upcoming  piloting of Skills Swaps!
