Project: EUPA- Validation of Formal, Non-Formal and Informal Learning: The case study of Personal Assistants

Eupa project is a project targeting personal assistants and executive secretaries. Based on the EU policies related to the recognition of qualifications, EUPA's main objective is to develop a model for the recognition and validation of the qualifications of the sector of personal assistants based on learning outcomes.

Eupa was implemented in several stages including, assessment, training and reassessment. Different EUPA groups have been selected to test different types of learning (formal, non formal and informal).
The project findings, results and conclusions have been published. The report is available for downloading on www.llpeupa.eu.

Eupa was coordinated by MMC Ltd in Cyprus. Project partners are the training organisations EDITC Ltd (Cyprus), DIMITRA INSTITUTE OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (Greece) and ORBIS ( Slovakia), the university Folkuniversitetet (Sweden), the consultancy firm Konrad associates international (England) the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry(cyprus) and European Management Assistants (Paneuropean organisation)
